CodeLobster PHP Edition Review

From CodeLobster PHP Edition description(CodeLobster PHP Edition is a free portable handy and easy-in-use code editor), we can see that this product is portable. After registration(Professional Code from the author), I copied "CodelobsterPHPEdition" folder, under C:\Program Files (x86)\Codelobster Software, to my USB driver for checking if it is really portable. Well, the answer is it is. But there is a problem: the registration is saved in my laptop Windows 10 system, instead of generating a local registration file in software setup folder, which means, even if it is portable, you have to register each time for different new computer.
Here, I need to notify you that I am not a PHP engineer, just know HTML language, do some modifications about the templates. So this review will not be an article under a professional PHP engineer, but a primary HTML user.
At the beginning when I started CodeLobster PHP Edition, I felt really bad about the coding block, because it is too small in my laptop. There are four blocks around the coding block. I uses Notepad++, which coding block is big enough to view as much as I can, to record words and edit php or html files. So I just closed all bottom and right blocks, that interface makes me feel much more comfortable. (Sorry that I found a feature in icon lines, "Full Screen", that makes coding area is big enough)
I know that most of PHP engineers use laptops instead of PC. And I think they also can't endure small coding area. So they may do the same thing as I did, close those tabs. But here comes a problem: it seems no shortcut key for calling the tabs. You have to click "View" - "Windows" for the one or some that you temply need, and maybe close after use? This, I guess, really costs. Here I'd like to make a suggestion for giving these tabs shortcut keys.
Another uncomfortable interface is the top area. There are totally four lines at the top of interface. These four lines take big space on the screen of laptop. Can it be three lines or two lines? Or even support customize the icons under the menu?
In addition to interface, the coding itself is really helpful than Notepad++. You just need to type several characters to call the full codes, and it automatically gives you the auto closing tags. Maybe Notepad++ can also do the same thing, but I don't figure out how to make it.
What impressed me of CodeLobster PHP Edition is the "Plugins", which I've never seen on other php coding software like PHP storm, Zend Studio, etc. This feature indeed worths $60. If you start a new site project, I strongly recommend you to use CodeLobster PHP Edition, the "Plugins" helps you to create a site with the features of a certain source code easily. Maybe CodeLobster PHP Edition is not that flexible or fast than other php coding software, but this feature greatly gains points.
And I believe that there will be more and more plugins in the future.
About the price and versions(you can check it here), I recommend to use "Professional Version", for the "Plugins" is the brightest feature of this software. $99.95 is the price for life time update, and this saves much more than $99.95 for you to create a project under one of those "Plugins".
